Send us each driver's full name and mobile number at least 72 hours before check-in so we can authorize access through Sage Systems. The first five driver registrations are free. Additional driver passes cost $5 each. Driver passes added within 24 hours of arrival cost $10 each.
Each driver needs the app on their phone. Once authorized, use it to scan through the security kiosk at Storey Lake Resort — The Cove East. Please don't rely on same-minute approvals at the gate.

Washer and dryer are on the second floor. Each bedroom closet contains one bath towel and one hand towel. Adult bedroom closets also contain one extra throw blanket and a pack-and-play. No spare sheet sets or comforters are provided. Keep bleach, if present, up high and away from children.

Each adult bedroom closet contains a pack-and-play and an extra throw blanket. Every bedroom closet also has one bath towel and one hand towel.
For children's safety: The closet stays locked to prevent children from entering or playing inside. Adults should retrieve and return equipment, supervise children when equipment is in use, follow manufacturer instructions and relock the closet after use.
We provide three toilet-paper rolls per bathroom and three paper-towel rolls for the home, along with fragrance-free shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Each bathroom has one hand-soap bar. Starter supplies also include dish soap, a sponge, approximately 10 dishwasher pods, 5 laundry pods, two small white trash bags and three large black trash bags. For longer stays, please plan to purchase additional consumables as needed.
From swimming to spa time, here is everything you need for a splash-filled stay.
Always supervise children closely around the pool and spa. Keep the pool safety fence secured, and never allow young children in the pool area or beyond the enclosed backyard without adult supervision. Do not swim in the resort lake or other Florida waterways; alligators and snakes may be present.
Pool and spa heating is available for $30 per day when arranged ahead of time, for the entire stay. No weather-related heat refunds are offered.
If you have purchased pool/spa heating, you must turn ON the jacuzzi bubbles for the spa to heat. Use the white switch on the wall next to the outdoor dining table. Without the bubbles switched on, the jacuzzi will not heat.
Secure the pool safety fence and closely supervise children around water at all times.
The fire pit uses propane. Guests handle refills; a tank generally lasts about six hours. Exchange is roughly $30 at a nearby convenience store. If you'd like a full tank on arrival, message in advance; there is a $30 charge if available. Please turn the fire pit off after use.
BBQ grills can be rented in advance (approximately $80) through outside providers. Request a protective floor mat. Grease spilled on the patio may incur a $50 minimum cleaning fee.

Settle into the dedicated movie theater, or head to the gaming/media rooms for some friendly competition. The movie-game setup includes consoles and a large TV with an HDMI 2 connection for your own compatible device.
You may connect a personal device using the provided HDMI 2 connection, but please don't rewire the entertainment setup.
TVs throughout the house are smart TVs. The home has Spectrum internet and TV; on supported bedroom TVs, the source guide suggests accessing Spectrum via the app on your phone and casting to the TV. Guests are responsible for any on-demand movie charges.
Storey Lake Resort amenities are available to guests, subject to resort policies and operating hours.

Pots and pans are in the cupboards between the sink and stove. The stove is electric induction: use induction-compatible cookware only.
Before cooking, turn on the microwave's exhaust fan to help prevent smoke-detector alarms.
Basic cleaning products are in the kitchen pantry. For cribs, strollers, the baby gate, highchair and pack-and-plays, see the Little Travelers section (Section 02).

All trash must be tied and sealed in plastic garbage bags before going into the outdoor trash box/bin. Never place loose trash in the bin. Pickup is daily; please take trash out regularly rather than allowing it to pile up until checkout. Extra trash bags may need to be purchased.
There are separate thermostats upstairs and downstairs. You can adjust them, but please avoid excessive use when away. Keep windows and the sliding glass door closed, especially when it's hot outside, to help the AC and keep insects or wildlife out.
If a smoke or carbon-monoxide detector starts chirping due to a low battery, message us. If the Ring security alarm sounds unexpectedly on arrival and doesn't stop within a couple of minutes, call 407-564-1030.
Florida lakes and waterways can have alligators and snakes. Never swim in the lake or other natural waterways. Small outdoor geckos are common and generally harmless. Children must be supervised in the outdoor pool area.
We're delighted to have you. These guidelines help keep the villa comfortable for your group and respectful of our neighbors.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed. A smoke-remediation charge of $900 or more may apply where permitted by the reservation terms and applicable law, including documented additional losses.
Pets are not permitted. A $900+ pet-remediation charge and other action under the reservation terms may apply to violations. This restriction does not override applicable service-animal protections or platform policies.
Parties and events are prohibited. Only the number of people disclosed in the reservation are permitted. For reservations with more than 16 guests, the listed additional-guest fee is $20 per extra guest per night. Please contact us before changing your guest count so the reservation can be updated, where permitted by your booking terms.
Please keep outdoor noise down after 10:00 PM; no outdoor music after that time. Resort security may respond to excessive noise or parties.
Do not disconnect, cover, remove or tamper with Wi-Fi, Ring doorbell, exterior Blink/Ring cameras or the Minut monitoring sensor. The host describes Minut as a privacy-conscious sensor for noise, occupancy, cigarette smoke and temperature monitoring.
Guests are responsible for property damage and may be charged for intentionally excessive utility use where allowed by their booking terms.
An extra twin rollaway cot may be set up with ample advance notice, subject to availability, for $60.
Serious violations may result in action under your reservation terms and applicable law, including applicable charges or cancellation. Please contact us if any rule needs clarification.
Checkout is at 10:00 AM sharp. The cleaning crew arrives at 10:00 AM to prepare the villa for the next guests.

Late checkout is rarely possible due to same-day turnovers. Any change needs host approval at least 24 hours in advance.
